Not gonna lie, I got kinda hot and bothered watching Dancing with the Stars. Not so much Adam Corolla or that big scary magician but WOW that hottie Chilean man Cristian? And Jason Taylor? Even that Mario of no last name... holy hell, I need a cool drink!

Also, Steve Guttenberg is so adorable. Seriously, nerdy crush.

And to make this an even more pointless update, I DID get a manicure after work and I already hate the color.

March 11- Last week's manicure. The color I liked, unlike the gross color I picked this week. Boo.

March 12- Lauren (in the middle) got us tickets from her cousin (on the left) to "Girls Night Out", this free drinks/shopping event that was held at Union Station. She cousin owns Booty Parlor and Lauren was being inducted as a "bootician". Lordy.

March 13- I was doing a bit of shopping on Armitage when I spotted this dog hanging out of the car. He was so pretty I needed to take a picture of him.

March 15- Waiting for the train back to the 'burbs to visit my parents.

March 16- I obviously needed to take pictures of Tippy while I was in DP. Here she is, "dancing".

March 16- I bought this print of Josephine Baker from a street vendor in Paris, not knowing anything about her. I just liked her banana skirt! I framed it and it has become one of my favorite things to display at the various apartments I have lived in.

March 17- St. Patrick's Day. I've totally already posted this picture today but whatever.

I read up and her and she's pretty rad. Good thing, too. I would have hated to have had a picture of someone I hated hanging on my wall.

What color did you end up going with? Also there was a bit on Dancing w/ the Stars on like Good Morning America today and I was like, "This is a show that I seriously cannot BELIEVE--I cannot FATHOM the fact that people watch it." I still feel that way. What gives with that show? It's like a parody of itself in the title alone. Whatttt?! Also Adam Corolla is on it? Does he give out sex advice while simultaneously being unfunny and moving his body to the beat?

I went with this metallic bronze. I look like an old lady. My hands have aged like, 40 years. I went from a punk rock emo kid to a lady in the geriatric unit.

And, dude, EVERYONE watches Dancing with the Stars! It's like a train wreck! You can't turn away! It's like, all these people you have thought of in really defined roles (NFL players, soap opera stars, ex-boyband members) and they all get super competitive and sometimes they end up being really talented. I used to think no one really watched it, but everyone finds SOMETHING amusing about it. Even my friend Steve was emailing me asking me who I thought was going to win, even before the show began. Have you ever tuned in? If not, you really should.

Adam Corolla is pretty awful. He danced to "Mellow Yellow" last night and only got a 15/30. And I feel bad because his professional partner is awesome and I'll be mad if she gets kicked off.

I love the Lost poster in that dog picture. It just makes for a great photo.

Um and i keep forgetting that Steve Guttenberg is on that show. He's soooo dorky, I love it. If you haven't seen The Boyfriend School...please indulge in the worst movie ever made with the best cast ever (I love shelley long, also!!)....

Thanks! Yeah, I think the Lost poster really adds something.

And OH MY GOD, no, I haven't seen The Boyfriend School, but Steve Guttenberg on a motorcycle with a mullet sounds (and looks) pretty amazing. I'll add it to my Netflix.
